My Tre House vape pen is not hitting — what do I do?
Try these steps in order:
- Make sure the battery is fully charged before first use
- Check that the cartridge is properly connected to the battery — unscrew and reattach firmly
- If it has a button try clicking 5 times rapidly to turn it on — some pens require activation
- Try a slow, gentle draw rather than a hard pull
- Check for any blockage at the mouthpiece and clear gently with a toothpick
The light on my vape pen is blinking — what does it mean?
Blinking lights usually indicate one of three things:
- Battery is low — charge for at least 30 to 60 minutes
- Short circuit — unscrew the cart and reattach
- The pen is locked — click the button 5 times to unlock
My vape has a burnt taste — how do I fix it?
A burnt taste usually means the coil is being overworked. Try these fixes:
- Take shorter draws — 2 to 3 seconds maximum
- Wait 30 seconds between hits to let the coil cool
- If on a variable voltage battery try a lower setting
- Let the cart sit upright for 10 minutes so oil can settle onto the coil
My vape pen is clogged — how do I unclog it?
Clogging is common with thick oil in cold temperatures. To unclog:
- Warm the cartridge gently in your hands for 2 to 3 minutes
- Try a dry draw — inhale without activating the battery
- Use a hairdryer on low heat briefly to warm the cart
- Clear the mouthpiece with a thin toothpick if there is visible blockage
How do I charge my Tre House vape pen?
Most Tre House vape batteries charge via USB-C or micro USB. Connect to a low-amp USB charger (phone charger wall adapter). The light will turn red or blink while charging and turn green or turn off when fully charged. Charging typically takes 45 to 90 minutes. Do not use fast chargers as they can damage the battery.

I do not feel any effects from the gummies — what is wrong?
This is the most common question we receive. A few things to consider:
- Onset time for edibles is 30 to 90 minutes — you may just need to wait longer
- Taking gummies on a full stomach slows absorption significantly
- Tolerance plays a role — if you are a regular user you may need a higher dose
- Try starting with a higher dose on your next session and take on an empty stomach
How should I store my Tre House gummies?
Store your gummies in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid leaving them in a hot car or near heat sources as this can cause them to melt and stick together. For longer term storage you can refrigerate them — just bring to room temperature before eating. Properly stored gummies will maintain potency for up to 12 months.
My gummies are stuck together — are they still good?
Yes — gummies sticking together is a texture issue caused by heat or humidity, not a safety or potency concern. Place the bag in the refrigerator for 20 to 30 minutes to firm them up and separate them easily. The product is still completely fine to consume.
How many Tre House gummies should I take?
For beginners we recommend starting with half a gummy or one gummy and waiting at least 90 minutes before considering taking more. Experienced users typically take 1 to 2 gummies. How do I use Tre House mushroom syrup?
Tre House mushroom syrup can be taken directly or mixed into a drink. Shake the bottle well before use. Start with a small measured dose — typically 5 to 10ml — and wait at least 60 to 90 minutes before taking more. You can mix it into juice, a soda or take it straight. Effects onset is similar to gummies — 30 to 90 minutes depending on metabolism and food intake.
How much syrup should I take as a beginner?
Beginners should start with 5ml or less and wait 90 minutes before considering more. The syrup is more concentrated than it appears — a little goes a long way. Experienced users typically take 10 to 20ml. Always start low and go slow until you understand your personal tolerance.
How should I store Tre House syrup?
Store in a cool dark place away from direct sunlight. Refrigeration is recommended after opening to maintain freshness and potency. Always shake well before each use as ingredients can settle. Properly stored syrup will remain fresh for up to 6 months after opening.

My order has not arrived — what should I do?
First check your tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. US orders typically take 2 to 5 business days. If your tracking has not updated in 5 or more business days please contact us at orders@trehousedispensary.com with your order number and we will investigate immediately.
I received the wrong product — what do I do?
We sincerely apologise for any picking error. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at orders@trehousedispensary.com with your order number and a photo of what you received. We will arrange a replacement or refund immediately.
My product arrived damaged — what happens now?

Can I change or cancel my order?
Order changes or cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of placing your order as we process and ship orders very quickly. Contact us immediately at orders@trehousedispensary.com with your order number. Once an order has shipped we are unable to cancel it.

The effects are too strong — what should I do?
If you have taken too much do not panic — the effects are temporary and will pass. Find a safe comfortable space to relax. Drink water, eat a light snack and try to stay calm. Effects will subside within 2 to 4 hours. Next time start with a significantly smaller dose and increase gradually over multiple sessions.
How long do Tre House product effects last?
Effects vary by product and individual metabolism:
- Vape pens — onset within 5 to 15 minutes, effects last 1 to 3 hours
- Gummies — onset 30 to 90 minutes, effects last 4 to 6 hours
- Syrup — onset 30 to 75 minutes, effects last 3 to 5 hours
Can I mix Tre House products together?
We do not recommend mixing multiple Tre House products in the same session especially for first-time users. Each product contains active cannabinoids and combining them can produce stronger than expected effects. If you choose to combine products start with very small amounts of each and wait to feel the effects before taking more.
Will Tre House products show up on a drug test?
Tre House products contain hemp-derived cannabinoids including Delta 8, Delta 9, HHC and THC-P which may trigger a positive result on standard drug tests designed to detect THC metabolites. If you are subject to drug testing we strongly advise against using Tre House products. We are not able to advise on drug test outcomes.
