Returns:
Unopened or minimally used products in their original packaging may be returned within 60 days of the order date for a refund of the purchase price. If you’re unsure whether your item qualifies, please contact us at orders@trehousedispensary.com for assistance.
Return Process:
To initiate a return, submit a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) request by clicking the designated return link. For damaged or defective items, we may ask for photos before issuing an RMA number.
If your order included promotional items (such as free gifts), all promotional products must also be returned. If not, their value will be deducted from your refund.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on non-defective items. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Damaged Items:
If your item arrives damaged, please notify customer service within 48 hours of delivery to qualify for a replacement. We only replace items that are defective or damaged, and exchanges are limited to the same product purchased unless it is unavailable. If a returned item shows signs of physical damage (such as being dropped) that caused the defect, a 25% restocking fee will apply.
Exchange Policy:
To speed up an exchange, you may place a new order and return the unwanted item. After placing the new order, send the invoice number to the customer service representative handling your case. You will be responsible for the cost of the new order upfront, and once we receive the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the product price (excluding shipping). Please confirm with customer service before placing the new order.
Warranty Information
Disposable Vape Pen Warranty:
Defective disposable vape pens may be exchanged within 14 days of the original delivery date (based on tracking confirmation). Please contact us within this 14-day period to report any issues.
How to Request a Return, Exchange, or Refund
- Enter your order number and email address (add a # before the order number if you receive an error message).
- Select the item you wish to return.
- Choose the reason for your return from the dropdown menu.
- Click “Next” to complete your request.
- Choose how you would like to return your product
- Review your return and click “Submit”.
- Follow the instructions to print your return label, pack up your product, and drop off your package
- Boom! You’re done!
Refunds
Refunds are issued once the returned item is received in satisfactory condition.
Refunds are typically processed within 2–5 business days and will be applied to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please note that it may take up to 5 business days for the refund to fully appear in your account. Refunds can only be issued to the original payment method associated with the order.
